I read several reviews before buying it and TBH I thought I had it sorted... This is fast acting and you may need to give yourself a few hours before committing to anything else after taking this product. I took half and then went to work and within an hour I was ready to blow, fast acting, feel good afterwards and absolutely back the product..... as a teacher I recommend start it in the weekend, nearly risked my career making my way to the bathroom.

Brought as I was always feeling bloated and full after having gastric sleeve 7 years ago. I was never regular so thought I’d give this a try. Very glad I only used half the sachet because within 30 mins I was besties with my bathroom for half the day. Been using it every second day for a week and I feel amazing. Will definitely be a regular in my routine now.
What I noticed was that it gave me very bad stomach cramps and pain and a lot of diarrhoea.
I’m unsure if this is what the product is supposed to do, I was under the assumption that it would give more solid stools rather than watery. This product really wasn’t for me and I don’t think I would purchase again.
Mistake #1: Took this at bedtime mixed with only water thinking "unflavoured" meant it would taste like nothing. Wrong. It tastes like regret and bad decisions—if bad decisions had a taste, this would be it.
Mistake #2: Thought I was brave and used a full sachet on my first try. Bold move, Erin. It’s now 20 minutes later and I’ve basically moved into my bathroom. I’ve lit a candle, brought snacks, might forward my mail here.
On the bright side, this stuff works. My body is "cleansing" like it's training for the Olympics. If this keeps up, I’ll be lighter than my emotional baggage by Day 30.
My God. I honestly should of taken the warnings seriously... ive tried a few cleanse supplements from different "popular" brands and it was always abit of a wait to start seeing any type of "cleansing".
So ofcourse, me thinking I knew better, being a veteran guinea pig when it comes to cleanse supplements decided to take it (for the first time) before work in the morning... Let me tell you.... I don't think ive regretted my life decisions more than I did today... I almost didnt make it to the bathroom and it was only a few hours in to my work day...
THIS WORKS BUT WARNING!!!.. NEVER. EVER. EVERRRRR... take it when you don't have free access to a bathroom. It works. Hands down, the best cleanse on the market.... I'm giving some to my sister cos she laughed so hard at me when I told her my dilemma. May the odds be in her favour 🤣

This stuff is great, it does what it says. I was suffering terrible bloating and irregularities. My gut has honestly never felt this calm and I’ve never been this regular either, very happy with the results. One thing I’ll point out that I didn’t see anyone else mention, is that it only took one single satchel to have these results, not sure why there are so many satchels in the bag lol.
This is 100% the best product to "Cleanse"...like it should literally be what hospitals give patients instead of picoprep lol. Taste wise it's quite possibly the worst drink I've ever put to my lips but due to effectiveness I gave it 5 stars.
