Every active goes in at the dose the research actually used, and every dose is printed on the label. If an ingredient cannot justify its place it does not get one. No proprietary blends, no fairy dusting, nothing added to make the tub feel heavier than it is.

Meet Jaydan.
Hercules was started by Jaydan, a paramedic student who trained hard, read every label he could find, and could not buy a supplement that told him the truth about what was in it. So he made one.
Then he got sick, stopped training, and put on forty kilos. He rebuilt from 135kg while running the company. That is the part of the story he tells first, because it is the part most people recognise.
He still formulates every product himself. The ingredient list is the thing he cares about most, and the reason he would rather teach you what a dose does than sell you a feeling.
