SHIPPING POLICY

Hercules Supplements (Aust) Pty Ltd ships orders within Australia and internationally from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Queensland public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
During periods of high demand, including sales, product launches, promotions or restocks, processing times may increase to up to 2 weeks.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the estimated processing timeframe, however dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on location, weather events, carrier delays or peak periods.
Public holidays are not considered business days for processing or delivery estimates.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on destination country and shipping carrier availability.
All international orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia.
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping and contact details are correct before submitting an order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may refund the order value excluding original shipping costs or request payment of additional re-delivery charges.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
We recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order.
5. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we work with reputable shipping providers, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our reasonable control, including:
- carrier disruptions;
- customs processing;
- severe weather;
- peak shipping periods; or
- regional delivery limitations.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers where reasonable steps have been taken to dispatch the order appropriately.
However, nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. LOST, DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS
If your parcel is lost, damaged or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.
We may request supporting information before processing replacement, refund or insurance claims.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Tracking information will be provided by email where available once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
