Your stock is held, and your saved card is charged automatically the moment the vault opens, 6pm AEST on Monday 9 November. After that it ships like any other order.

You go through a normal checkout, but the pre-order items come to $0. Your card is saved securely with Shopify, the Black Friday price is fixed for everything on your list, and the stock is reserved for you. Nothing is charged until the vault opens.

No. Every pre-order item is $0 at checkout. Only shipping, and anything in the same order that is not a pre-order, is charged on the day you check out.

Automatically at 6pm AEST on Monday 9 November, the moment the vault opens. You get a receipt by email. There is nothing to come back and do.

Yes. The moment your $0 pre-order is placed, your items are held for you. A sell-out on the night cannot take them from you.

No. The pre-order price already includes the 30% off, so discount codes are removed from pre-order checkouts. They still work as normal on every other order.

Change it as much as you like before you lock in. After that, contact us before 9 November and we will change or cancel it for you. Nothing has been charged at that point.

We try again over the following three days and email you a link to update your card. An order still unpaid a week after the sale is cancelled and its stock released.

Yes. Log in or join when you lock in so your list and your pre-order live on your account. The wishlist page then shows your pre-order and whether it has gone through.

Your order is released to the warehouse straight away and ships like any other, with the usual shipping emails.
