Wholesale Refund Policy

If your product/s are damaged.

We will be happy to sort this out for you, but please don’t throw the goods away. In order for us to process your refund we need the following: 

Please a snap a photo of the damage or incorrect order including the packaging and slips as well as the batch number that came with your order and send it through to us asap. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can rectify.

We will arrange to replace the item/s, issue store credit or refund if your return is accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items found on our site cannot be returned. With supplements in particular, goods that have been opened with and the security seals removed are unable to be returned or refunded. 

Other exceptions apply where items may not be returned including:

  • Clearance Items

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued store credit or refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Note: We can’t refund goods that have already been opened unless it’s a damage or there is a quality issue.
