Most orders will be sent the same or next business day.

This excludes weekends and public holidays.

Your delivery time will change depending on your shipping location.  We are based in Brisbane, QLD, Australia, and our warehouse operates Monday to Friday.

If you live in internationally or in Perth, it will take longer to arrive than Sydney or Melbourne.  Regional generally takes longer to receive then the metro areas.

PLEASE NOTE:  Depending on your location Average delivery days will be 3 days up to 12 business days once collected.  During peak season times will vary.  If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please check our tracking page or contact us.

All parcels are delivered as per address entered at time of order.  We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your parcel from any loss or damage during transit.  Please note it does not cover theft once delivered.

Once the parcel has left our warehouse we have minimal control over the parcel and rely on our shipping providers for information. 

SALE PERIODS - Please be aware that during sale periods it may take up 2 weeks for some orders to be packed and sent due to the volume.
